Released Wells 7324/7-1 S & 7324/8-1

7324/7-1 S: Wisting Alternative prospect. Lower Triassic fault block over crest of large salt cored anticline structure on NE flank of Maud Basin, with Kobbe primary and Snadd secondary objectives.  Well encountered reservoir quality sands in Stø, Snadd and Kobbe; with thin sands with residual oil shows in the Snadd at 1,065–1,765 m and in the Kobbe from 2,090–2,164 m. MDT testing in Snadd failed due to low permeabilities.
7324/8-1: Wisting Central prospect. Low-relief fault block defined by intersecting NE and NW trending faults on crest of large salt cored anticline structure on NE flank of Maud Basin. Realgrunnen (Stø) objective marked by strong, conformable amplitudes and flat event. Well encountered high net/gross Stø at 662 m (237 m below seafloor) with possible short gas column, with oil leg extending down into poorer quality Nordmela sands with OWC at 708.5 m Slightly biodegraded oil sample (38° API) recovered from Stø. Minor residual oil shows in Snadd below 775 m.
