Exploration well on the Langlitinden prospect, a Triassic fault block structure with the main objective channel-fill sandstones in a large-scale meandering channel system within the upper Kobbe Formation. Well encountered 37 m gross channel sand unit at the objective from 2,099–2,128 m with oil shows in a core and two MDT oil samples recovered. Core porosities were moderate to good, averaging 19.1%, but overall permeability was very poor, with 0.5 mD indicated by a mini-DST. Net oil pay was 3.5 m (net/gross 0.14)
