Exploration well on the Heimdalshøe prospect, a rotated fault block structure down-thrown from the Mandal High with locally derived Upper Volgian mass flow and Oxfordian to Kimmeridgian shallow marine/shoreface sandstones as primary objectives and Lower Permian Rotliegend as a secondary target. The well encountered at 4 m water-wet sandstone at the top of the Farsund at 3,430 m, with a 113 m of Farsund shales overlying a thin Zechstein and Rotliegend volcaniclastics. No significant shows reported.
