Ensis prospect with Knurr Formation sandstone objective in a seismically defined wedge within a graben separating the Nucula fault block and the Finnmark Platform boundary fault and prognosed reservoir high to the Nucula oil-water contact (923 m TVDSS). Top Knurr at 880 m (840 m TVDSS) appears high to prognosis, with 35 m gross of poor quality sandstone encountered within a shale unit. No shows were reported. Pre-drill top Knurr seismic marker appears to be top Hekkingen in the 7125/4-3 well, which drilled a 50 m shale section in this formation to TD, with no indications of sand development.
