Released Well 2/6-6 S

This exploration well on the eastern flank of the Mandal High had three targets in two prospects called Driva and Oppdal. Oppdal was in the Paleocene sandstone and Driva the Rotliegend sandstone. Although the well proved approximately 34 m of sandstone in the Våle Formation with good reservoir quality and also 105 m of tight sandstone in the Rotliegend Group, both were water-bearing.
